He has worked for the monumental movies of Malayalam cinema like Rosy, Murappennu, Thulabharam, Iruttinte Athmavu, Bhargavinilayam, Rathinirvedam, Angadi, Sphodanam, My Dear Kuttichathan, Amaram and many Tamil, Telugu and Hindi movies like Poove Poo Chooda Vaa, Sthree, Anjaam, etc. P David is a living legend who has worked with veterans like P N Menon, A Vincent, Ramu Karyat, M T Vasudevan Nair, Hariharan, Padmarajan, Bharathan and I V Sasi. It is not just movie stills that he has photographed but unusual and unique moments in the lives of Satyan, Naseer, Madhu, Sheela, Sharada, Jayan, Mohanlal, Mammootty, Yesudas, Vaikom Muhammad Basheer and the like. The most fascinating thing is that he still has in his collection the negatives of the photographs that he has captured.
