An accordion player impresses him in Pangnirtung. A boat trip to Auyuittuq National Park takes him to the Arctic Circle marker. The sights and sounds of the Turner Glacier leave him almost speechless. A seamstress measures him up for a seal skin suit in Iglooik. Waiting for it be finished gives him time to experience Inuit throat singing for the first time. An elder takes him to see the grave of Alexander Elder. A group of teenagers demonstrate their high kicking and mouth pulling skills. A final stop before the Northwest Passage sees him go out seal hunting with a family from Pond Inlet.
