John is unable to fully come home because of the mental and emotional wounds he has suffered during battle. Not understanding the way he feels and the thoughts he is having, he sets up a camp on his property in an attempt to continue living as a soldier. His daughter Sarah, played by Merrik Foune, who wants her father back, tries to find a way to help John return home.
