Julia is an architect and her boyfriend Knut is consultant. Both couple went to the clinic of Dr. Volker Niebling for an artificial insemination. The both women are now pregnant. But Volker has noticed that ovule samples have been exchanged and now Julia has now in her belly the child of Steve and Jessy and Jessy has in her belly the child of Julia and Knut. Volker tells about that exchange and both couples are very confused. Knut is preoccupied because Jessy and Steve live in a caravan, they eat junk food and they enjoy hard metal music. Besides Katharine, the wife of Volker and her husband has discovered that Katharine is now pregnant: they have two great children and she doesn't feel ready for this pregnancy.
