He, his much younger wife Pam and his research assistant Sunimal goes to a remote inn close to a forest to observe the behavior of monkeys. Gerard has some opinions about male and female monkeys, so he wants to confirm them by observation. On a night visit in to the forest with Suminal, Gerard sends Sunimal back and goes on the observation alone. But he does not return next morning. Sunimal becomes the main suspect for his disappearance and is taken to police custody when he goes to police station to complain about the disappearance of Gerard. Gerard comes out of the forest later and Sunimal is released. He discloses that he wanted to find out the behavior of female primate when her male primate is missing so he used Pam as an experiment.
