Officer Mohamed Noor has since been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter over the shooting death after turning himself in overnight in light of a warrant issued for his arrest. Noor allegedly shot Ms Damond-Ruszczyk, a 40-year-old life coach from Sydney's northern beaches, minutes after she called 911 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home.
