Thinking it might be time to choose one of these men, Rosie asks Sammy when he knew it was time to go steady with Dora, but he replies saying that it just sort of happened naturally. When the family members inform Rosie of who they each like best, Rosie becomes upset and angry. For two weeks, Rosie stays home not dating anyone. She then prepares for a date, and she is seen going out with Jonathan Melton, an older two or three times divorced man with three children who nobody wants for Rosie. At the end of the installment, Rosie is seen going out with a new young man named Henry Thomas, who makes the family feel relief that Rosie is dating someone more age appropriate.
