While evacuating anglers Axel and Kai Uwe at the nearby trout fishing pond, Heldt is commandeered by neighboring kiosk owner Simone Milowski to find half-wit pond employee Andreas 'Andi' Wolters, who was analyzing the water, and tells instant buddy Niklas his guardian Hartmut Haschek, the pond owner, and he normally shared coffee that observation platform at the time of the explosion. Heldt assumes Hartmut was the target, but he' killed in a car crash after a cardiac arrest shortly after. Hartmut's cousin and heir Michael 'Mike' Haschek, so reneges on his promise to 'unherit as charge' Andi, whom Ahmed finds dumped on the street, so Niklas seeks a better guardian while putting him up at home and in the precinct so-long.
