When Denise finally arrives in the barrel store, she's unimpressed to find Linda drunk. The women agree to meet in the café that night and soon make their excuses as they prepare to put their plan into action. Meanwhile, Lauren considers whether to go to Exeter, but Bobby gives her a different outlook when he pleads Peter's case. She eventually agrees to stay in Walford for a while longer. Lauren announces her plans to Peter and promises to let him see Louie. Penny hopes that Lauren will warm to her too, but when Lauren makes it clear that won't be happening, Sonia decides to intervene. Elsewhere, Phil is rocked by the news that Aunt Sal has died. As he contemplates the importance of family, he seeks out Sharon to discuss access to Albie but Zack intercepts him. Also today, Jay, Ben and Honey begin their training for the London Marathon.
