Treatment is proving difficult, as the rift between father and son is deeper than ever. Alexander von Hatzfeld believes his son should use his talent for greater things than being a radiologist in the countryside. Timo, on the other hand, accuses his father of being excessively strict and lacking in understanding of his wishes. Despite all their differences, Timo knows his father well enough to quickly notice that something is wrong. Since his father doesn't want to admit anything, he and Christian come up with a plan to get him to talk. At the same time, Tanja is called to see Hannah, a heavily pregnant patient whose child is in a breech position. When Tanja arrives and performs a final examination, she discovers that the child has turned and nothing stands in the way of a home birth. But then unexpected complications arise. After Clara's stay at her biological father's horse ranch in Canada, she now knows what she wants to be: a horse farmer. However, to begin her training, she would have to leave Eisenach. When Clara has doubts, Christian supports her plans and promises her that, no matter where she is, Villa Kleist will always be her home. Meanwhile, the situation between Paul and Lotte continues to escalate: Lotte bullies Paul at school, which leads to him skipping school for the first time in his life - leaving Tanja and Christian in the midst of patchwork chaos.
