It features NSYNC dancing, goofing off, and participating in a photo shoot. Originally, a girl was supposed to be in the bed with Justin Timberlake in his solo shots, but this idea was nixed, as Timberlake was only 15 at the time. He can be seen barefoot in the bed by himself. The dance routine shown in the video is essentially the same as the one used for concert or TV performances.
