Justin advises Bill to comply with Liam's ultimatum. Katie and Wyatt revel in their happiness while still in bed. Wyatt hides when Steffy stops by to cryptically hint at Katie that the fashion industry will be rocked by a press announcement soon. Meanwhile, Bill finds Liam sitting at his desk and angrily accuses his son of being self-righteous by staging a coup under the pretense to care for the moral guidance of the company. As Liam will not budge, Bill confirms that he is stepping down as CEO.
