Quinn suggests she quit, but Olivia explains she wants to be an actress "like Veronica Lake" and asks for a Tarot card reading. Quinn refuses, saying Olivia needs to make decisions on her own. Mr. Z, a charming handsome man overhears them and introduces himself as a man who can solve all her problems. Olivia is interested, but Quinn tries to make her see reality. Mr. Z casts a spell on Quinn to silence her, and then seduces Olivia into an agreement. Taking the tarot Card from Quinn we see it is "The Star." Mr. Z tells Olivia she will be the star of her dreams, but she can never come back. Their agreement is sealed with a kiss and Olivia is transported somewhere, but where?
