With the help and encouragement of his childhood friend Natalie he enters a camping competition with the main event being a boat race to win a cash prize that will pay for his entry fee for a script. Little do his knowledge him and Natalie will face off with the cheating tactics of Charlie and her less then average intelligent brother Liam. What's more than dealing with cheating Kai also has to battle his falling in love feelings with Charlie who cares nothing for him. To battle the cheating moves made by Charlie and Liam, Natalie and Kai turn to their good friend professor Xaviar and his assistant Ezra (who loves to eat microwaved hot dogs). Together they have to come up with a way to expose the cheating and secure their win for the prize and hopefully for Kai's future and they do so in the most extravagant, unheard of way possible.
