The three friends are satisfied, although disappointed that the tree house has been demolished. The next morning, Corinna is fetching bread rolls, and suddenly Weissenburg is standing in her room with a black, home-grown rose. Alexander, who is still lying in bed, reacts coolly and agrees to Weissenburg Corinna's participation in the symposium ... Günter Gallert, the private detective, reappears. But he can only tell Margot what she already knows. Enraged by his fee demand, she throws him out of the apartment. In the process, Gallert loses a piece of paper showing that Werner owned a piece of land in Chile. Till, who takes pity on Gallert, tries to persuade his grandmother that an Inca treasure is suspected in the countryside. Margot only believes this when Joachim and Wolfgang unwittingly confirm it ... Armin is euphoric. He has money to pay all the urgent bills, and a big advertising job is on the horizon. In order to fully convince the advertiser, Armin is planning a large handset telephone campaign to demonstrate how popular the radio station is. When the expected rush of listeners fails to materialize, Armin takes his roommates to task. They are meant to play the avid listeners.
