Coincidence or not? With the help of the peppercorns and a spectacular test, David discovers that he isn't his parents' child and that Marvin and David must actually be twins. How can this be? Were they separated as babies, like in The Double Lottie? The trail leads to Dr. Götze's doctor's office, where Ramin and David make an incredible discovery. At the same time, Pinja and Stella are completely confused; their parents are behaving like teenagers - and when Stella follows her mother, she ends up in the same doctor's office next to Ramin and David.
