It turns out that his neighbor rented his part of their rooftop to a cellular company. Joshua finds this a terrible injustice and starts to believe that all his diseases and pains are caused by the antenna's radiation. He finds himself feeling the radiation everywhere and develops a life-threatening persecution complex. He goes to war against his neighbor, dragging his wife Sarah and their three adult sons into this vortex against their will.
