He encourages her to think it through and accept the deal so they can move on with their life together. They kiss. Later, Justin stops by with the modified, sweetened settlement offer for Katie. Meanwhile, Katie warns Ridge that Bill might use his stock in Forrester to tie Brooke to him. On cue, Brooke arrives and reveals that Bill offered to give her the shares - as a wedding present! Katie stuns Brooke with her reaction as she hopes her sister accepted as she is ready to move on with her life with Bill or Brooke. When Nicole witnesses the budding friendship between Thomas and Sasha, she seems relieved because of Zende, yet becomes suspicious about Sasha intentions.
