Every day the MRI scanner sits unused costs the doctors money. When a candidate finally appears, Christian is almost forced to give the young, but somewhat arrogant Timotheus von Hatzfeld a chance. The collaboration between Christian and his daughter Lisa is beginning to bear fruit. A young woman with mysterious abdominal pain presents Christian with unexpected diagnostic challenges. Lisa finally provides him with the crucial clue, and the girl is finally able to be successfully treated shortly before his departure for a year of community service in Peru. Christian is proud for the first time about how well his daughter has developed as a gynecologist. Piwi, on the other hand, lacks the necessary seriousness. Much to Christian's annoyance, his son closes his practice in the middle of the week and goes hiking with his girlfriend Anke. The first argument between the young practice partners is inevitable. Still confused by her feelings after her one-night stand with Yannick, Christian's youngest daughter Clara fears she's pregnant. At first, she doesn't dare talk to her father about it and finally confides in Lisa, from whom she'd like to get the morning-after pill. But it's too late, and now it's a matter of waiting and worrying... Paul, too, is getting into more and more trouble. In his desperate attempt to impress at school, he uploads a porn film to the boys' chat group. Christian's youngest son didn't expect that Kai would immediately forward the dirty film to the girls.
