We follow Max through a series of gags related to trying to reinsert his brain. Tutu is a superhero ballerina. After a run in with a bad guy stealing pets from the pet shop, Tutu is on a mission to set the animals free. Blotto falls in love with Dotto but must compete with the balloon blob for her attention.
