Caroline gives her stepmother a third degree and there is no love lost between them. Caroline wants to know from Margo why she actually married her father. She sees Margo as a calculated woman who took Bill as a second choice. Because Clark Garrison happened not to be available. Margo gets a serious warning not to walk over her beloved father or else. Peeping through the Logan's residence window and to her disgust, Deveney sees Thorne and Donna sweet talking to each other and later even kissing. Later on Thorne tells Stephanie about the picture, making his mother more and more curious how Deveney looked like before the accident. Deveney comes home upset and decides to get revenge.
