There has never been a time in our history that the desire to have the perceived "perfect booty" is more prevalent than it is now! The series will feature never before seen interviews with women who have received these services, and the doctors that perform them. The film will also investigate the underground practices of those who offer unsafe services, where both customer and provider have faced horrific consequences! We conduct an exclusive interview with a woman convicted and incarcerated for performing services, which resulted in the death of two women. We interview celebrities, educators, magazine editors, self-esteem experts, everyday people, and one of America's top plastic surgeons who specialized in correcting botched butt enhancements. We follow women through the entire process of getting the procedure done, one who travels to Mexico. In the process, we discover why so many women are Dying for what they feel is the "perfect butt".
