Brooke and Stephanie have another bitter argument when the latter announces that she wants neither her nor Caroline to end up with Ridge. Across town, "Angela" daydreams of her new face and a happy future with Thorne. Thorne is indeed impressed when the fake Angela shows him the picture of the striking blonde that she stole yesterday. Stephanie tries to convince Caroline not to pursue Ridge. Caroline is no longer willing to sacrifice her whole life for Thorne and finally reveals to Stephanie that Thorne was the one who encouraged Brooke to keep Ridge's letter from her oh so long ago. Still enthused of his visit with Deveney earlier, Thorne meets with Donna and brags to her that his friend used to be remarkably beautiful.
