The context has been designed as Julius Caesar's funeral speech and today's hypocrisy is compared to Brutus' act where Brutus is an honorable man always. Color trilogy has been used in this film involving three colors of the Indian Flag that is symbolic to the subject and therefore, this is highly a docu-fiction revolving around the cartoonist's life.
