The film's aim was to document in one sitting, over the course of a few hours. I did not 'interfere' or stage any shot. I wanted to capture the interplay (or not) between these two worlds as the day developed. Vyner street is best known for its art galleries and particularly its 'first Thursdays' when all the gallery private views are on. During these Thursdays, scores of art lovers turn up to the street to view the artworks. I wanted to enter this street and world through a different door, that door being through the garage at the head of the street. See less
