It is a little old but keep up very nice. The only issue is it is a little out of their budget and the owner must give the Okay before the realtor can rent it out. An interview is required and the wife didn't like how the owner treated them and almost gave up on the place. A day after, the owner's wife called to let them know they can rent the place. After moving in, they greet their next door neighbor who is married but husband is out of town and she is a little lonely but so Happy to meet a new young couple. After a while in the place the husband has a change of heart about his job and wants to do something else while the wife gets a promotion at work.
