Jeremy lets Mat know about his meeting with Walter ...See morePaul calls Ann and tells her that it is imperative that he see her. Against her better judgment, Ann agrees to meet with Paul. Jeremy Smythe stops by his old college chum, Matt's office. Jeremy lets Mat know about his meeting with Walter and that Ann showed up. Jeremy also mentioned that since it appears Ann is involved with Paul, that he will have to drag Paul into the divorce. Phil goes to Matt's office and offers him a new job which prompts Matt to let Phil know about Irene's offer. Paul meets Ann for lunch and asks her if it is true that she and Walter are seeking a divorce. Ann admits it and Paul is happy and wants to start making plans with Ann.
