Dan pops on Susan that they are going to see Dr. Alma to talk about adopting a child. At first Susan is very hesitant, but finally relents. Once at Dr. Alma's, Susan suggest maybe adopting a teenager. Dan is shocked and says why? Susan is disappointed in Dan's response. Meanwhile at the motel, Jerry is giving Lena a hard time and Roy interferes and for once Lena takes Roy's side, which Jerry was not expecting. Jerry goes to the park and sees Susan and they talk. Jerry is not very nice and explains to Susan that she lied to him and told his mother what he had told her. Susan apologizes and Jerry starts to walk off and sees that Susan is crying.
