Dan tells Sue that Dr. Alma has scheduled an appointment for Susan that afternoon. At first Sue says no, because Aunt Alex is visiting then Dan points out that Alex always takes an afternoon nap and Sue can go then. Aunt Alex see that Sue is distraught and tells her that after losing two people she loves that it takes time and Sue will have to be patient. At Dr. Alma's office Susan admits the reason she did not want to come is because the office is on the maternity ward and it hurts to see children and expectant mothers.
