Maggie counsels Althea, who declines to reveal her whereabouts the night she left Nick. Carolee and Julie agree to start afresh, but Julie continues her subtle manipulations. Carolee introduces Julie to Sally Granger, the president of the student body who has been assigned to help in Julie's training. Carolee confides in Sally the recent problems with Julie. Matt reminds Carolee that he doesn't want her to give Julie preferential treatment. Carolee is disturbed after Matt reveals that Althea is divorcing Nick.
