San Francisco, Cal: The City Treasurer keeps a watchful eye as his purse of eighteen million dollars is moved to the new Town Hall. El Paso, Texas: Mexicans pack their luggage in preparation for flight back to their own country in case hostilities open. Subtitles: 1. A few leave already over the International Bridge. 2.
