Jim is a struggling writer while Darla works as a part-time nurse at the local retirement home. After being evicted from their crummy little apartment building by the world's worst landlord, Mr Jenkins. As luck would have it Darla receives a mysterious hand written letter in the mail from a recently deceased relative. Jim and Darla inherit the old Bloomsdale, a dilapidated apartment building that's home to some of the wackiest tenants ever. Now, they have no choice but to take over and fix up the old building as landlords. See less
