After Matt and some old friends start up an old pro-style amateur wrestling show they used to put on, Matt's former best friend, Winnie, the Ivy League educated, millionaire mayor of Merrily shuts it down. When the wrestling starts to pick up the town and give it hope again, Winnie and Matt decide to wrestle. Matt wins, Winnie saves the licorice factory and thus the town.
