Having finally agreed to meet up for the first time since the end of the relationship, Rachel is surprised to see that Kevin has brought along his new, rather strict girlfriend, Katrina, to the coffee shop. However, Kevin and Katrina have another more shocking surprise for Rachel: presenting her with a bill for Kevin's expenditure on his and Rachel's "unsuccessful union", including a hefty fee for emotional compensation from the break-up.
