He is soon confronted by the presence of a beautiful stranger, the Muse, a provocative young woman who mirrors his abusive past and disregard for a normal way of life. Enchanted by their seclusion and unrestrained attraction, the two explore an emotionally searing and violent love. Faced with an unusual vulnerability, they unexpectedly lose control as their inner demons rise to the surface and they struggle to confront their demoralized past and grasp the true nature of love.
