This short film is based on a real story, and a real film that was lost forever. It also offers a satirical explanation of what may have happened to the original film at the hands of Stalin's regime. There is plenty of substance to this short film, which delivers the punch of a feature. Cabaret 13 is a must see on the festival circuit.
