In return, Ally reflects on life of earth and tries to find understanding in Ronaldo's pent-up existence, ushering him toward opening up again. Her death prompts Ronaldo to reach out to his cute neighbor Dallas to help put her to rest, stirring up never-before realized feelings between them. Told primarily through lyrical missives between heaven, earth, and Ronaldo's cat-scratched sofa, this unique story offers a nuanced approach to death, friendship, and opening oneself up again.
