In his Prague apartment he tastes wine and converses with the inhabitants of the gloomy world that had traversed their earthly path - Joseph Brodsky, Dmitri Prigov, Sergei Averintsev. He lives in the city-maze where light coming through a stained glass turns into a music and a voice once went on the air transforms into an infinitely lasting echo. Lidia Starodubtseva's debut film explores a peculiar alchemy of sound, the magic of human voices, and an unexplainable kind of immortality which is granted to those who exist in a world over the barriers.
