Mattes and Melanie follow the unidentified shooter's trail to small island Neuwerk, lose him there and must spend the night in a single inn room. Flight car owner Bernhard Buttfanger's niece Femke trades jewelry made from the local specialty, amber, in her non-lucrative petty shop, Kassabian is a major client but neither dares testify against the mobster.
