While Jen and Jessie talk of being the new trainers this season, Dolvett talks about what made this season special compared to previous seasons. The at-home contestants are introduced and Alison describes a little of their journey on the show and after leaving the ranch before they each weigh-in for the final time to determine the winner of the $100,000 at-home prize. The trainers interview audience members who have gone through their own at-home weight loss journey, Jared Fogle, Subway spokesperson, who has a special message for them. Alison then introduces the three finalists - Rob, Sonya and Toma. The four trainers present a special video gift for the finalists.
