The shyster tries to convince Jasmine that her terrible accident was clearly due to the company's negligence; hence it is liable for damages. Jasmine counters that the three stories' fall with the elevator caused her only minor injuries. Outside, Michael runs into Sally and Darla on her way to visit Jasmine. Sally is eager to speak to Jasmine to show her that she is genuinely sorry for the incident. Stephanie learns from Brooke that she sent Ridge to the Big Bear cabin so that he can make up his mind without any interference.
