Viewing the world as little more than a collection of visual ideas, he gleans and selects what he might use in his own artwork. Increasingly frustrated by the sterile images he produces working with Glenda in his studio, he looks elsewhere for inspiration. His head is turned when he meets Flora, a young, uninhibited girl, the antithesis to the rigid Glenda. Russell exploits Flora without remorse, but when his artistic infidelity is exposed to Glenda he is forced to learn that people are not his photographic props. Written by
