A network of radio operators would meet in the airwaves and with analogue machines they would connect bridging long distances and languages. In a basement packed with 2-way radio equipment, Andre Sipos sits in front of what looks like a WWII communications post and after turning knobs and switches, a blast of interference, static and a distance voice in a foreign language emanate from the speakers.
