Little does Ned know the only traveling Jessie has done outside his home town is on the internet. Jessie not fully understanding what he sees an reads on the internet feels like a million bucks every time he can impress his old buddy Ned with his misguided wisdom. Back at the Numblebush residents Mrs. Numblebush is fed up with the way Ned puts Jessie on a pedestal she recruits her nephew Tommy from the big city to teach Ned just how much smarter she is than that darn Jessie.
