He learns the man takes medication for anxiety and the previous doctor visited him, so he goes and sees the man who says he will take his meds....See moreMartin is "asked" to check on a guy who's a recluse and a loner who comes to town at this time. He learns the man takes medication for anxiety and the previous doctor visited him, so he goes and sees the man who says he will take his meds. Martin believes him. Later the power goes out and the people who saw him tell him the man is responsible for maintaining the power. So now he needs to find a way to medicate him. He finds a way but the trick is getting it to him. The town goes to his office to use his reserve power. And Martin treats a boy who's desperate for friends that he does all sorts of acts.
