Léa and Filippo are awakened at the end of the night, lost in a world where they struggle to find their place. As the day progresses and evening arrives, the two sink into the abyss of their daily anxieties, losing all points of reference. However, after hitting rock bottom, the new dawn promises a fresh start. Driven to leave, they embark on a journey that may finally offer them a moment of balance and peace. Linea Parallela - Ligne Parallèle is a short film that unites two cinematic cultures, the Italian and the French one, in a unique narrative. Through the eyes of two distinct film crews, we will immerse ourselves in the atmospheres of Rome and Paris, exploring them and creating a visual and narrative connection through the protagonists of the story. The idea of the short film arises from the desire to unite what appears to be separated, revealing, through the art of cinema, that two lines have always been one. Because, sometimes, the empty space between them is far more significant than the lines themselves. Thus the choice to shoot the short film with two different teams, in two countries with different languages: to unite, through cinema, two different stories. Written by
