That is the question that lies at the heart of VOICING THE LAND - a film documenting the plight of people who find themselves sidelined without a say when the green revolution touches down in and around their local communities in Norway. Director Kieran Kolle follows the ordinary people who are forced to become activists when the central government passes resolutions affecting their surrounding nature. When speaking out, they are simply dismissed as opponents to the climate struggle. But despite their growing distrust in democratic processes and an overall sense of powerlessness, these people refuse to surrender.
