The young woman crashed her e-scooter and is hospitalized with injuries. Jenny claims she knew nothing about the accident, which allegedly occurred near her recording studio. However, she confesses to Romy that she made a false statement to the police: She knows Luise Reimann, who stormed into her dressing room at a listening party and confronted her with an accusation of plagiarism: Jenny allegedly stole the young poetry slam artist's lyrics - for her current album. The suspicion is that Jenny wanted to silence Luise Reimann through the accident. Jenny's launch as a solo artist depends on the success of the new album. Jenny's husband, Frank Wehran - also the producer of her new album - who manages most of Jenny's communications, claims he can no longer find the emails inviting Luise Reimann to a meeting. For Grit Maurer, who was hired specifically by Jenny and Frank as their manager, her professional existence depends on the album's success. Romy must deal with a "mandate" of a completely different dimension: The public prosecutor's office is searching her office and private residence. The accusation: money laundering. The investigating senior public prosecutor is no stranger to Romy. She knows Dr. Tümmler from a previous case and values him as an astute, meticulous colleague - these qualities now threaten to turn against her. Written by ARD Das Erste See less
