What begins as a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a rapper's debut album becomes a much larger story when the world's greatest and most influential MC dies of a drug overdose the same day they begin filming. Driven by their own stoner paranoia, the lead characters, Frankie and his cameraman/best friend Mark, transform the behind-the-scenes into an investigative search for the killer of Nu MOses, the MC who tragically passed. The film is set in Brooklyn, New York, the former stomping grounds of Nu MOses. It is a satirical romp through the world of the Illuminati, music industry, and the druggie deranged mind of its lead character Franklin Keyes. As Frankie rises in the ranks of the music industry he becomes an unlikely replacement as the world's new Nu MOses. In their continued investigation of the murder of Nu MOses, they discover more and more about their fallen hero, who's public persona seems to be the furthest thing from who he actually was.
