Now Sami is an adult, in a relationship with Brahim, and back in Germany on vacation. Although Matteo is delighted to be reunited, his worries for his protégé soon outweigh the harsh penalties for homosexuality in Algeria. Matteo and Tamar Hummel try to prevent Sami from returning to Algeria. While Sami would do anything for love, Brahim wants to stick to the original plan: They will marry women, have children, and hide their sexuality. A life full of lies... Sofia Galura is stunned when ice hockey star Henning Mende stands before her. But when he mistakes the JTK for a sauna, it becomes clear: he's suffering from delirium. While Prof. Dr. Karin Patzelt and Sofia try to examine him, Henning suddenly believes Sofia is his girlfriend and Karin is his mother. The doctors begin searching for the medical cause, but don't want to confuse the patient any further and cater to his delusions: From now on, they are his mother-in-law and his girlfriend. Julia, Ben, and Raya were supposed to renovate Julia's apartment today, but an emergency requires Ben to be at the JTK. Julia offers to look after Raya and doesn't take Ben's warning that Raya has been quite stubborn lately seriously. However, it soon becomes clear: Julia has vastly underestimated the situation.
